NPC, the company that owns Pizza Hut, didn't have the enough customers for pizza take-out and delivery, where it had to declare bankruptcy. NPC has around Pizza Hut 1.2k branches around the states in USA, 385 Wendy's restaurants, and NPC stated they are aiming to keep the places open to serve, and to keep paying all workers.
