Macrofuran 50-100 cap every 6 hours

( 250-500) Quinolones is used ciprofar or Ciprofloxacin or bactiflox capsules
Kiroll or Tarivan 200 mg capsules
Coliurinal or Proximol antiseptic eff
Rowatinex cap every 8 hours
if pus cells more than 50 go for Urine culture
